Cookies are small text files that store bits of information - kinda like 'post-it-notes'.
The Three uses we have are for cookies are from our web stats system, the 'share this' buttons on our web pages and Facebook.
Our web stats system creates a picture of visits to our website; number of visitors, how long they stayed, how many pages they looked at.
The cookies contains:
What ever it was that got clicked on to bring your browser to our website - this helps us know if our advertising works.
The number of times your web browser has visited us - shows us if people like us.
The time, when your browser arrived and departed our website - give us an idea of when our busy times are... helps us decide if we need more staff and when they should work.
And that’s it, there's nothing else. All our systems know is that there is a web browser at some internet address asking for web pages. We don’t know who you are, and without being rude, we don't need to - who you are is not important. The fact that somebody took the time to visit our little site is what matters to us. Thank you.
For details on the ShareThis and Facebook cookies, please visit their websites.
It would be wrong of us to speak for them. Also, they change their stuff all the time.... by the time we'd finished writing the description of what they do, it will be out of date.
You can set your browser to reject cookies if you do not want us to put cookies on your system.
If you have any questi0ons about cookies please contact us by emailing us no cs 'at' airfoxnetworks.com.
